Dean Downes
Dean has owned a huge variety of classic cars and bikes including MK1 Ford Escorts, Mini's and Land Rovers. Establishing DD Minis over 20 years ago, Dean has restored and repaired every Mini variant including Vans, Pick Ups & even Mokes. Dean has also restored a huge number of other classics including VW Camper vans. With this wealth of experience Dean will expertly complete every aspect of your cars restoration or mechanical repair using time served techniques to ensure the best possible quality of work.
Lewis Fox
A Mini enthusiast from a very young age, Lewis pursued a career within Motorsport. Working at the famous Le Mans 24 hour race and subsequently winning 5 Formula One Constructors world Championships in both operational and technical roles. Lewis will oversee every aspect of the work carried out at FD Classics with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for ensuring cars are restored in a period correct manor using only the highest quality parts and panels.
